While you have a good understanding of your business, we’ve found talking directly with potential target customers yields helpful insights into what they are looking for.

During empathy research,  we often learn things like what problems they are trying to solve and why, how/where they search for companies, and what are the most important factors in choosing a company.

This helps us figure out how to organize website and what’s most important to highlight.

After we’ve developed a working draft, we can do a 2nd round of testing called usability testing.  Here’s where we’ll identify any areas of confusion and how to improve the experience.
